It’s my way of carrying the island with me, even while standing on Brooklyn pavement. For me, the flag has always been more than fabric; it’s family, culture, pride, and proof that we endure.

I grew up in the tough corners of New York, where you had to fight for your space, your respect, your voice. That rawness in the poster represents those streets, those struggles, and the foundation I had to break through to get here.
